VACANCY: TEAM LEADER SALES BACK OFFICE

We are looking for a Team Leader Sales Back Office who not only manages the team but also takes the department to the next level. WHAT WILL YOU DO?

As Team Leader Sales Back Office, you are responsible for the daily management and optimization of the back office team. You ensure efficient workflows, support colleagues with complex issues, and monitor the commercial and service quality of the department. Your tasks include:

  • Leading and coaching the back office team to ensure optimal performance.
  • Coordinating and structuring the daily activities within the department.
  • Improving processes and identifying opportunities to work more efficiently.
  • Supporting account managers with complex issues and seizing commercial opportunities.
  • Thinking along with customers and ensuring a customer-oriented and service-minded approach.
  • Reporting to management on performance and developments within the department.

WHO ARE YOU?

You are a proactive leader who brings structure and motivates the team to perform at their best. With your commercial mindset and strategic insight, you contribute to the growth of the department. You match the following profile:

  • At least an MBO-4 or HBO degree, preferably in Commercial Economics or a similar field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a commercial back office role, including several years in a leadership or coordinating position.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Experience in leading and coaching a team.
  • Analytical and solution-oriented mindset: you identify opportunities and turn them into action.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain overview and structure within the department.
  • Hands-on mentality: you think strategically but are also willing to roll up your sleeves when needed.
