VACANCY: OPERATIONAL STOCK MANAGER

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

As an Operational Stock Manager, you are responsible for ordering goods and monitoring stock levels. You switch smoothly between suppliers and internal departments. You ensure that orders arrive on time and under the right conditions. Thanks to your sharp analyses and proactive approach, our stock is always balanced, and our processes perfectly match customer needs.

Your main tasks include:

Purchasing products in a timely manner based on stock and sales data.
Coordinating with suppliers regarding delivery times, availability, and prices.
Monitoring and following up on orders, deliveries, and any discrepancies.
Analyzing stock data and proposing improvements for the purchasing process.
Contributing to optimizing the ERP system and stock management.
Processing purchase orders, confirmations, and changes in the system.

WHO ARE YOU?

You have an MBO-4 or HBO education in logistics, business administration, or (technical) commerce.
You have experience in an operational purchasing or stock management role.
You work accurately, communicate clearly, and can adapt well to changes.
You have experience with ERP systems and are proficient in Excel.
You are solution-oriented and feel responsible for a smoothly running process.
