ICT-EMPLOYEE

Location: Kampen | Hours: 40 per week

We are looking for an ICT Employee to ensure a stable and user-friendly ICT environment. Are you communicative, practical, and do you enjoy a dynamic work environment? Then this role is for you!

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

As an ICT Employee, you are the first point of contact for colleagues with ICT-related questions and issues. You ensure that everyone can work as smoothly as possible with systems, applications, and hardware. In addition, you play a supportive role in projects related to digitalization and automation. Your tasks include:

  • Supporting colleagues with ICT questions, incidents, and malfunctions (servicedesk).
  • Registering, analyzing, and coordinating reports with external ICT partners.
  • Managing user accounts, basic settings, and permissions in Microsoft 365 and other applications.
  • Supporting the functional management of applications such as ERP, WMS, PIM, and various SaaS solutions.
  • Assisting with software and system implementations and updates, including testing (UAT).
  • Documenting incidents, solutions, manuals, and work instructions.
  • Identifying system and process bottlenecks and contributing ideas for improvements.

WHO ARE YOU?

You enjoy helping others, can switch quickly between tasks, and have fun solving ICT issues. You maintain overview, work accurately, and feel responsible for a well-functioning ICT environment. You match the following profile:

  • At least a completed MBO-4 education, preferably in ICT.
  • Some experience in an ICT role, e.g., servicedesk, support, or workstation management.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows environments, hardware, and networks.
  • Interest or experience in (functional) application management is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Structured working style, good documentation habits, and ability to keep an overview, even when busy.
  • Hands-on mentality: you contribute ideas but also enjoy rolling up your sleeves.
