Can I receive an invoice for my order?

Are the prices on the website inclusive or exclusive of VAT?
The prices are exclusive of VAT. We always display the VAT rate under the product, and the total including VAT is shown in the shopping cart.
Order Issues

How do I report a discrepancy in my order or a damaged product?
This is, of course, not intended. Please send an email to complaints@vandijkgroothandel.nl and include the details of the discrepancy or damage. We will contact you as soon as possible.

What happens if a product is out of stock?
If a product is out of stock, we will inform you immediately in the confirmation. We are also happy to provide an estimated delivery time or alternatives so you won’t face any surprises!
